Mobilisation narrative
The programme required staged energisation as racking and MEP contractors rotated through the hall. FM Rental supplied synchronised generator sets with coordinated fuel deliveries and spill containment aligned to the client HSE manual. Commissioning witnesses were scheduled around gate curfews; our desk issued daily run logs for the owners engineer.
Night-shift noise limits applied near live operations — exhaust routing and acoustic screens were agreed before first fire-up. Off-hire was sequenced so the permanent mains takeover did not leave the site without backup until the client signed energisation.
