Programme summary
High-volume compressed air for a planned turnaround with redundancy built into the compressor bank.
Mobilisation narrative
A petrochemical maintenance contractor needed predictable air pressure across multiple tool headers during a short shutdown window. FM Rental deployed a bank of oil-injected compressors with dryers and ring mains, sized for simultaneous blasting and instrument work. Redundancy meant a standby unit stayed hot-swappable if duty cycles spiked.
Field engineers attended first energisation and walked the hose routes with the clients permit issuer. After the event, compressors were demobilised on a tight crane window — paperwork matched ICAD gate rules without rework.
