Programme Summary
Super-silent power, lighting, and compound cabins for exhibitor and outdoor display operations during Dubai Airshow at DWC.
Mobilisation Narrative
Dubai Airshow at Dubai World Central (Al Maktoum International Airport) concentrates static aircraft parks, outdoor chalets, hospitality suites, and media compounds into a multi-day aerospace trade show with strict airside and landside access controls. FM Rental supplied super-silent diesel generators with distribution boards and cabling for chalets and outdoor exhibits, LED lighting towers for overnight build and logistics yards, and portable cabins for exhibitor ops, security, and stewarding teams working beyond permanent terminal MEP.
Load schedules were agreed with the show electrical lead so critical hospitality and display circuits carried N+1 capacity through peak visitor hours and evening receptions. Fuel deliveries and spill containment matched airport and organiser HSE packs; field engineers covered early-morning start-ups when outdoor display power came live ahead of gates opening.
Plant was staged clear of emergency routes, aircraft tow paths, and guest sightlines along the chalet line. Acoustic canopy sets kept noise acceptable near hospitality and media areas. Off-hire followed the post-show strike window so aprons and service roads cleared on the organiser’s demobilisation plan.
