Programme Summary
Temporary power, lighting, compaction, and access plant for waterfront mixed-use packages at Dubai Creek Harbour.
Mobilisation Narrative
Dubai Creek Harbour’s marina, residential towers, and promenade packages sit on a live waterfront with guest and construction logistics sharing tight access. FM Rental supplied diesel generators with distribution for shell and MEP works, LED lighting towers for overnight civils and outdoor compounds, compaction plant for roads and hardstandings, and boom lifts for façade and plant-room access on towers and podium envelopes.
Deliveries followed precinct traffic plans so plant cleared emergency routes, marina approaches, and public promenades as phases opened. Fuel containment and spill response matched developer and contractor HSE packs; field engineers covered first energisation of temporary boards serving successive residential and retail zones.
When packages overlapped across waterfront and tower fronts, hire amendments kept inducted serial numbers on site so QA records stayed continuous. Off-hire tracked each package handover so plant demobilised before public and marina interfaces opened.
