Programme Summary
Temporary power, lighting, compaction, and access plant for reclamation, civils, and precinct packages on Palm Jebel Ali.
Mobilisation Narrative
Palm Jebel Ali’s palm-shaped reclamation, crescent breakwater, and trunk/frond civils demand hire plant that can work across marine-edge packages and long haul routes near Jebel Ali Port. FM Rental supplied diesel generators with distribution for camps and MEP compounds, LED lighting towers for overnight earthworks and hardstandings, compaction plant for access roads and fill platforms, and boom lifts for temporary structures and plant-room access as precinct packages advanced.
Deliveries followed island and port-adjacent traffic plans so plant cleared emergency routes and marine access windows. Fuel containment and spill kits matched contractor HSE packs for coastal and industrial interfaces; service cover stayed available on peak fill and paving nights when downtime would have slipped the programme.
When packages extended across successive fronds and crescent sections, hire amendments kept inducted serial numbers on site so QA and induction records stayed continuous. Off-hire tracked each work-front handover so plant cleared before the next marine or civils window.
